Or are you sick of brainstorming the same frustrating, odd layout in your living room? Need help selecting a color scheme for your entire home?

This service can include sourcing and selection of finishings including paint, flooring, countertops, backsplash, tile, cabinetry, hardware, lighting, etc.

DISCOVERY CALL

This step is essential so that you can tell us about your current home dilemma, renovation or new construction project.

PURCHASE & SCHEDULE SERVICE

The Design Consultation service is a "working consultation" that lasts for up to 2 hours. If we determine that this is the best service for you during the Discovery Call, we will schedule an in-person meeting. This meeting may be at a showroom or your home.

DESIGN PHASE

This is the fun part! If you're already in the middle of a project and working with a contractor, we can spend our time visiting various showrooms. We'll help educate you on products and guide you in the process of selecting finishes including cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, tile and many other design elements. We can also spend our time in your home where you can "pick our brains" with anything design-related!

THIS SERVICE IS FOR YOU IF:

You know what you love on Pinterest, but you can't figure out how to execute the design in your home
You don't have the time or energy to compare countertops, faucets, paint colors, etc. You'd prefer a designer to assist you with these endless decisions
You're in the middle of a renovation and are becoming overwhelmed with all of the design details

THIS SERVICE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

You're looking for someone to purchase items for you or need custom furniture. For this, please see our Full-Service Design offer
You would like to see renderings, elevations and detailed layouts of your room. The Finish Selection Design service can provide simple sketches, however, please refer to our Full Service or Virtual Design services if you would like computer-generated images

WHAT IS DISCUSSED DURING THE DISCOVERY CALL?

Our Discovery Call is complimentary with no cost or commitment required from you. During this consultation meeting, we will discuss your goals for the project, what's working (and not working) for you currently in your home.

We will discuss the scope of your project to ensure up front if your goals are realistically aligned with what you want to accomplish in the projected timeline and estimated investment.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FINISH SELECTION DESIGN SERVICE?

1. Discovery Call - This includes our complimentary consultation via phone call where we will discuss the scope of your project.

2. Purchase Service - Once we have determined the right service for you based on the scope of your project, we will send you an invoice. Payment is due in-full via cash or check the day of our scheduled meeting.

3. Design Phase - During this phase we will make the finish selections required for your renovation or new construction project.

HOW MUCH DOES THE FINISH SELECTION DESIGN SERVICE COST?

Pricing for the Finish Selection Design service is $500 for up to 2 hours. Clients outside of Lititz or Lancaster may have an additional fee for mileage / travel time.

The design fee is due in-full via credit card or Venmo prior to our first meeting. The client is responsible for all purchases and informing the general contractor or builder of the selected finishes.

DO I HAVE TO USE ALL OF MY HOURS IN ONE DAY?

Yes. The Design Consultation lasts for up to 2 hours and must be used in one day. If you feel like you need more time, you can purchase another Design Consultation or you may feel that our "Full-Service" option is a better fit.
