Most clients reach out when they’re ready for a clear direction and want their home to feel more finished and pulled together.

 

Every project is tailored to the home, the scope of work, and the level of planning and coordination required. I guide the overall direction, manage decisions, and oversee the details so the process feels clear and organized.

 

Design fees are based on the overall scope of the project, not calculated per room. When multiple spaces are included, everything is considered together from the start.

  • Furnishings and room design projects typically begin at $2,500.

  • Kitchen renovation design services typically begin at $7,500.

  • Bathroom renovation design services typically begin at $5,000.

  • New build selections for a full home typically begin at $15,000.

 

Final design fees vary based on the scope of work, square footage, and level of customization. A detailed proposal is provided following an initial consultation.

 

Design services are structured as a flat fee. Ongoing involvement during construction is billed separately.
