KITCHEN & BATH RENDERING SERVICE

KITCHENS - Starting at $1200

BATHROOMS - Starting at $800

Designing a kitchen or bathroom can feel overwhelming, especially when you are trying to visualize layouts, compare finishes, or understand how all the details will come together. My Rendering Service gives you clarity before you begin, so you can move forward with confidence and share a clear plan with your contractor or cabinet maker.

This streamlined service is ideal for clients who want expert guidance, realistic visualizations, and organized plans without the full service design process.

THE PROCESS

The rendering process for kitchens and bathrooms is divided into three key phases.

PHASE 1 -  CONCEPTION

Every project begins with a Discovery Call to understand your space, your goals, and your style. If we choose to move forward, you will provide your room dimensions, photos of your space, inspirational images, and any selections you have already made such as tile, lighting, paint colors, or countertops. Once these details are received, I review everything carefully and begin developing the overall layout and design direction.

PHASE 2 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & RENDERINGS

Using the information you provide, I create a detailed floor plan and photorealistic renderings that show how your kitchen or bathroom will look and function. You will receive a private link to your client portal where you can browse your renderings and leave comments directly on each image. This phase includes one round of revisions so we can refine the design and make sure it aligns with your goals. Clients often say that this step helps them feel excited and relieved because they can finally see the space before committing to any purchases or construction.

PHASE 3 - FINAL PLANS & CONTRACTOR READY DIMENSIONS

Once revisions are complete, you will receive your finalized layout and dimensioned drawings. These plans can be shared with your contractor or cabinet maker during the estimating and planning process. They provide a clear, organized visual guide that helps your team understand your vision from the start. All measurements must be confirmed by your contractor or cabinet maker before construction begins, but your drawings will give them a strong foundation to work from.

This service is designed to bring clarity, direction, and peace of mind to one of the most important rooms in your home. My goal is to help you make thoughtful choices and move into your renovation with confidence.

IS THIS RENDERING SERVICE FOR YOU?

THIS SERVICE IS FOR YOU IF:

FOR HOMEOWNERS:

  • You want clarity before committing to a renovation and need to see how your kitchen or bathroom will look and function.

  • You feel unsure about layout decisions and want professional guidance that simplifies the process.

  • You value high quality visuals and thoughtful design, and you want your space to feel intentional, not pieced together.

  • You’re comfortable providing measurements, inspiration, and any selections you’ve already made, and you appreciate a streamlined, collaborative process.

FOR CONTRACTORS, DESIGNERS & CABINET MAKERS:

  • You have clients who need help visualizing a space before you begin pricing, planning, or fabrication.

  • You want to offer your clients professional layout options and photorealistic renderings without adding design work to your own workload.

  • You want a trusted design partner who can help your clients make decisions more quickly and reduce delays during the estimating phase.

  • You need dimensioned layouts and elevations that give your team a clear starting point while still allowing you to confirm final measurements.

  • You want your clients to feel organized, supported, and confident as they make selections for their kitchen or bathroom project.

THIS SERVICE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

  • You need ongoing support, sourcing, or full project management, not just a design plan for one room.

  • You want in-person visits, contractor coordination, or detailed construction drawings, which fall under full service design.

  • You prefer unlimited revisions or an open-ended process, rather than a focused design phase with one revision.

  • You’re looking for help with furnishings or multiple rooms at once, which is outside the scope of this service.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What do I need to provide before you begin the renderings?

You can share drawings from your contractor or architect, hand drawn dimensions, or measurements taken through an app like Canva. I provide a Welcome Packet that walks you through how to measure your space correctly, so you feel confident before sending anything over.

How accurate are the measurements in the final drawings?

Your renderings and layouts are based entirely on the dimensions you provide. All final measurements must be confirmed by your contractor or cabinet maker before construction begins.

How long does the rendering process take?

You will receive your initial layout, elevations, and renderings within 2 to 3 weeks after I receive your dimensions, inspirational images, and any selections you want included.

Do you help with choosing finishes or materials?

Yes, in a limited way. I choose paint colors within the renderings based on our conversation and the inspiration you provide. This keeps your drawings cohesive, even if you have not made every selection yet. For more in-depth sourcing and selection help, you would need my full service design.

How many revisions are included?

One round of revisions is included. If you would like additional changes or additional renderings, you are welcome to add them at my hourly rate.

Will you work directly with my contractor or cabinet maker?

No. This service is designed to give you everything you need to bring to your contractor, kitchen showroom, or cabinet maker. You will share the drawings and renderings with them during bidding and planning.

Will the final space look exactly like the renderings?

Renderings are meant to give you a visual direction, so you can feel confident before you make any decisions. Your final space may shift slightly once you begin choosing materials like tile, paint, countertops, or cabinetry, but the overall layout and intent will remain.

What if I have not chosen lighting, tile, or fixtures yet?

That’s completely fine. I will use general or placeholder finishes in your renderings so you can still see a cohesive visual of the space. This helps you move forward with confidence, even if every detail is not finalized yet.

Do you offer renderings for other rooms besides kitchens and bathrooms?

Right now, this service is available for kitchens and bathrooms, one room at a time. I may expand this in the future as the service grows.

Are on-site visits included?

No. This is a virtual service. If you are local to Lancaster, PA and prefer an in-person, full service approach, please visit my Full Service Design page for a more comprehensive experience.

Do you help select a cabinet maker or appliances?

You will be responsible for choosing your cabinet maker and appliance supplier. I recommend visiting a dedicated appliance showroom rather than a big box store so you can compare features, ask questions, and see higher quality options. For cabinetry, look for a local custom shop or well-reviewed kitchen showroom that can provide detailed quotes from my drawings.

What happens if my contractor has questions about the drawings?

You will share the drawings directly with your contractor or cabinet maker. Most will simply verify measurements and move forward. If they need clarification, I can answer simple questions, but I do not provide construction documents, coordination, or ongoing communication.

How do I receive my final files?

Your renderings will be available in your client portal. Once the design is finalized, I will email your layout and elevations as PDFs so they are easy to print and share with your contractor or cabinet maker.
