At the end of this process, you’ll have a space that you want to spend time in--a home that instantly feels lighter and puts you at ease the moment you step foot inside your door.
You will be sent a questionnaire to let us know the dreams you have for your space. Whether or not you are local to Lancaster, we will set up a Zoom meeting so you can show me your space! We will also have a joint Pinterest board to make sure we’re aligned on a shared vision from the start!
This will allow you to see your new furniture, rugs, and tables laid out to scale in your space.
RENDERING & DESIGN BOARD
You will receive both a rendering and design board that will include furniture, lighting, paint recommendations and window treatments. You’ll have the opportunity for 2 revisions to the design board, if needed.
SHOPPING LIST & HOW-TO STYLE GUIDE
Included in this offer is a final shopping list with direct links to the design items for you to purchase on your own time frame. You will also receive a "How-to Style Guide" for your space so you’ll feel confident in putting it all together.
All projects start with a discovery call and questionnaire. Here you will discuss your goals for the form and function of your space. Once we receive your questionnaire, we will schedule a virtual Zoom consultation. If we decide that we are a good fit, you will receive a Welcome Packet which includes instructions on how to measure your space, send photos, and join the Pinterest board for collaboration.
After you purchase the Virtual Design service, we will start creating a design based on your inspiration photos and questionnaire. You will receive a rendering and design board for approval. This takes approximately 2-3 weeks. You will be able to request 2 revisions after the initial design has been delivered.
FINAL DESIGN DELIVERED
Once you approve the final design, you will be provided with a shopping list with direct links, floor layout, and a how-to style guide. You will receive a follow-up email after 4 weeks to touch base and to answer any remaining questions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT OCCURS DURING THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?
During this first virtual meeting, we will discuss your goals for the project, what's working (and not working) for you currently in your home, and some initial ideas on how to address your current design challenges.
We will discuss the scope of your project to ensure up front if your goals are realistically aligned with what you want to accomplish in the projected timeline and estimated investment.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I'LL LIKE THE FINAL DESIGN?
This is why the questionnaire and joint Pinterest board are so important! We feel it is easiest to understand your vision with inspirational photos. We spend a lot of time researching the items you will need in order to achieve your dream space
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
After you purchase the Virtual Design service, you will receive a Welcome Packet. Once you submit your questionnaire, measurements and photos, you will receive your rendering and design board within 2-3 weeks. After that first design concept is delivered, you will have the opportunity to request changes to the design. After 2 design board revisions (if needed), you will receive a final design and shopping list with direct links so that you can get to work when you're ready! You will receive a follow-up email in 4 weeks to answer any questions you may have.
WHAT IF I HAVE SOME PIECES THAT I WANT TO INCLUDE IN THE SPACE?
No problem! Just make sure to include photos and dimensions of any items you would like incorporated into the design so we can include it in the layout.
WHAT IF I STILL NEED HELP AFTER THE FINAL DESIGN HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
There will be a follow up email 4 weeks after the final design has been delivered. This will allow you enough time to purchase some items on your shopping list and create a list of final questions, if necessary.
HOW MUCH DOES THE VIRTUAL DESIGN SERVICE COST?
The Virtual Design service starts at $1500.
