WHAT'S INCLUDED
CONSULTATION
Understanding the demands of everyday life, I've streamlined my design process to fit seamlessly into your schedule. Depending on your preferences, we can communicate via Zoom, email, photos, and / or recorded videos. Whether you're in Lancaster, California, or somewhere in between, I'll guide you through the process with ease. Simply send me a video walkthrough and photos of your space, allowing me to grasp your vision and how the space needs to function for you and your family. Additionally, I'll create a shared Pinterest board for collaborative inspiration, ensuring that I understand your design style.
BASIC FLOORPLAN
Once I receive your video walkthrough, the next phase of our virtual design process involves gathering detailed photos and measurements of your space. With this information in hand, I'll draft layout options tailored to your lifestyle and preferences, ensuring optimal functionality and flow. Once we've nailed down the perfect layout, we'll move on to selecting key pieces such as rugs, sofas, and more, to bring your vision to life.
RENDERING & DESIGN BOARD
Following the layout confirmation, you'll receive a rendering and design board showcasing furniture, lighting, paint suggestions, and window treatments. This comprehensive service allows you to visualize the transformation of your space. You'll have the opportunity for two revisions to the design board, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with your vision.
SHOPPING LIST & HOW-TO STYLE GUIDE
You'll receive a final shopping list featuring direct links to all design items, allowing you to purchase them at your convenience. Additionally, you'll be provided with a "How-to Style Guide" for your space, empowering you to effortlessly bring the design together with confidence.

CONSULTATION
Each project begins with a comprehensive questionnaire and discovery call where we delve into your vision for the form and function of your space. If you decide that you'd like to move forward with working together, I will send you our contract and design fee. Additionally, you will receive a Welcome Packet via email, containing detailed instructions on measuring your space, submitting photos, and joining our joint Pinterest board for seamless collaboration.

DESIGN REVISIONS
Once I've received your video, photos, and measurements, I'll craft various layout options tailored to your lifestyle needs. Additionally, based on your questionnaire responses, comments, and Pinterest board, I'll create a preliminary design board to ensure we're aligned in our vision. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks. Following the initial design delivery, you'll have the opportunity to request up to two revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations.

FINAL DESIGN DELIVERED
Upon final approval of the design, you'll receive a comprehensive plan including a shopping list with direct links, floor layout, and a detailed how-to style guide. Please note that I won't source any items that are unavailable at the time of the design presentation. If you choose to delay your purchase and an item goes out of stock, it's the client's responsibility to find a suitable replacement.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I'LL LIKE THE FINAL DESIGN?
This is why the questionnaire, video walkthrough and joint Pinterest board are so important! I feel it is easiest to understand your vision with inspirational photos. Two revisions to the entire design are also included in the virtual design service.
WHAT IF I HAVE SOME PIECES THAT I WANT TO INCLUDE IN THE SPACE?
No problem! Just make sure to include photos and dimensions of any items you would like incorporated into the design so that I can include it in the layout.
